Refund policy

Domestic Orders

  • We offer an exchange for all non-discounted items listed on our website. 
  • Customers must raise a replacement/exchange request within 3 days of product delivery by dropping an email at Chandanicollectionhub@gmail.com, our team shall get in touch with further details within 24-48 working hours. Once approved, our courier partners will pick up the product from your address in the next 2-4 working days of receiving the request and shall make two attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the second attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. 
  • In case your address is not eligible for pick up, you can ship the product back to us, details we will share via email. 
  • The returned product should have the original packaging and tags in place must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. You are welcome to try the product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. Items failing the quality check will not be eligible for return/exchange. 
  • Once passed through quality check customers can choose to purchase another product in exchange for the returned product or avail store credit to be used for a future purchase. This complete process takes approximately 7-9 working days. You will receive an email as soon as a replacement is shipped or store credit is added to your account.
  • The credit note issued in exchange of product, will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Customers can book the same or higher value product through the credit note.
  • Any promotional store credit issued, will be valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

International Customers

  • Currently we do not provide return or exchange on International orders, however if you wish to exchange with a different product you can ship it back to us at your expense (within 3 weeks of delivery in original condition with tags intact) and we will provide store credit for the same which can be used for any future purchase.
  • If you receive a damaged, or defective product outside India or if the packaging is tampered with, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Please drop us an email at Chandanicollectionhub@gmail.com in that case.
  • For wrong product delivery, please provide an "unboxing video" showcasing the error in the delivered product and email us, our team will get in touch for further course of action.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. 
  • We do not have any returns, exchanges or alterations for underskirts. Currently we sell one size fit all ONLY.
  • We do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges for customised products as they are tailored specifically to customer requests and preferences. Although we make sure all orders are processed with accurate details but there is always a slight possibility of size/color/style discrepancies in customised orders.
  • All the products listed under SALE tab on our website ARE ON CLEARANCE SALE.
  • All products purchased during annual, festive, seasonal or clearance sales are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns, replacements, or exchanges.
  • Please note, since our products are not mass manufactured, the product measurements may vary from 1-3 inches as specified in the description along with a possibility of weaving alterations depending upon the lot, fabric, size or design.
  • Fall attached, blouses stitched/unstitched or underskirts listed along with the saree may have slight color differences as compared to the saree since colors may appear dissimilar on different fabric qualities, which does not make the product eligible for exchange or return.
  • Slight irregularities in different fabrics including pure organza, pure silk like weaving, white marks, discolouration or slight black marks, if visible, indicates fabric's purity and is not considered defected. Dimensions may vary slightly with each lot, since products are not mass produced. 
  • We strive to process all return and replacement requests promptly and efficiently. However, we are not liable for any compensation or reimbursements for delays caused by events such as riots, war, earthquakes, fire, flood, drought, acts of Government, strikes, national emergencies, deficient or delayed services by courier companies, or any other similar occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.
  • Any order placed via whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook are subject to the same conditions (listed above) as for the orders placed on our website.
